  • Open Modus and click Sign Up.

  • Click the floating Start Listening control.
  • Keep Modus open while your meeting runs.

Tip: Start listening before introductions so the transcript has the full conversation.
4AFK Mode

AFK Mode

AFK Mode lets Modus keep listening while you step away from a conversation. When you return, you receive an instant debrief of everything you missed so you can rejoin without skipping a beat.

  • Tap the AFK button during an active meeting to activate AFK Mode.
  • Step away - Modus will continue listening and tracking the conversation.
  • Return to your meeting and receive an instant debrief of what was discussed.
Best practice: Use AFK Mode any time you need to step away briefly - Modus will have everything ready when you're back.

Use suggestions in real time

Suggestions help you stay on track by surfacing useful prompts during important moments.

  • Look for prompts when Modus detects something important.
  • Use the card to ask a better question.
  • Save helpful cards for later review.
