Cancellation Policy

How cancellation works.

You may cancel your Modus subscription at any time through your account settings.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the cycle, and you will not be charged for the next month.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual subscription term. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the term, and your subscription will not renew for the following year.

No Pro-Rata Refunds

Modus does not offer pro-rata refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle (monthly or annual). Once a subscription period has been paid for, you will retain access for the remainder of that period, regardless of when you cancel.
