Yes. You can fact-check at any point during the meeting to verify information. Modus provides you with confidence scores and recommendations afterwards.

Is Modus secure for sensitive conversations?

Yes. Modus does not record audio or store conversations and meetings. Your data is private and secure.

What happens when I return from AFK?

When you deactivate AFK Mode, a debrief automatically appears summarizing everything that was discussed while you were away. If you are not ready to review it immediately, simply close it and access it any time from the AFK tab in your post-meeting view.

Can Modus transcribe meetings with multiple languages?

Yes. Modus can transcribe English, French, and Spanish in real time during a meeting. If a speaker switches from English to French mid-conversation, the transcript will follow along automatically. No manual switching required.

Does Modus translate the transcript?

No. Modus transcribes what is spoken, it does not translate. If someone speaks in French, the transcript will appear in French. If they switch to English, the transcript will appear in English. The transcript always reflects the language actually spoken.

Does Modus record or store conversations?

No. Modus never records, saves, or shares your data. Everything is transcribed live.

Do I need training to use Modus?

No training is required. Modus is designed to be intuitive from the start. Simply upload your agenda or start a meeting and click 'Start Listening' to begin. Optional onboarding is available to help you get set up quickly, with support available whenever you need it.

Where can I find my AFK debrief after the meeting?

Your AFK debrief is saved to the dedicated AFK tab in your post-meeting view, alongside Summary, Transcript, Suggestions, Fact Check, and Explain. Every AFK period is stored as its own debrief card so you can review each one individually.

Do I need to manually switch languages during a meeting?

No. Language detection during transcription is automatic. Modus recognizes English, French, and Spanish as they are spoken and transcribes accordingly without any input from you.

What is multilingual mode?

Multilingual mode allows you to set your preferred language for the Modus app. The entire app interface, AI outputs, summaries, and meeting features will be displayed in your chosen language. Currently, Modus supports English, French, and Spanish.
